TERMS OF AGREEMENT
INTRODUCTION
This agreement is between you and IBCIM.ORG. As a merchant, consumer,
or any kind of visitor to the IBCIM.ORG site you agree to the
following terms and conditions:
GENERAL GUIDELINES
IBCIM does not endorse any product or services provided by member
companies. Neither does IBCIM.ORG endorse the individual member
companies. Participation in the IBCIM.ORG program does not imply
any association between IBCIM.ORG and the member companies other
than participation in the Merchant Certified program and the established
requirements of becoming a member.
MERCHANT CERTIFIED SEAL
It is illegal to use the Merchant Certified seal of approval without
membership or written authorization from IBCIM.ORG. Qualified
and paying members may display the Merchant Certified seal on
their website providing that they maintain IBCIM.ORG membership
requirements. The seal will assure consumers that IBCIM.ORG requirements
are met and that the merchant is dedicated to customer service.
The only change allowed to the Merchant Certified seal is resizing.
Any other changes will only be allowed with written approval.
Please contact us in regards to approval.
BILLING
Membership fees will be billed annually until membership is cancelled
by the member by sigining into the member account on the IBCIM.ORG
website and cancelling the membership.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
You may cancel your membership at any time. There will be no charges
for memberships within the free three month trial. No refunds
will be given after the three months have been reached.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership is for one website only. Membership for multiple websites
must be made by establishing multiple accounts. IBCIM.ORG reserve
the right to change or add to the membership requirements at any
time. IBCIM.ORG will do a review of the merchant site at the time
of applying for membership to ensure that membership requirements
are met but will not do continuous monitoring and as such will
not be responsible for any changes that may take place after the
time of membership. The merchant is responsible for maintaining
membership standards. Neither does IBCIM.ORG require that the
merchant is a registered company and will not do company registration
certifications. IBCIM.ORG reserve the right to deny any merchant
membership for any reason.
COMPLAINTS
Any consumer filing a complaint must first attempt to resolve
the issue with the merchant. Only after seeking resolution with
the merchant may a complaint be filed. All complaints filed must
be reasonable and professional. Any complaints containing foul
language will automatically be disregarded and not taken seriously.
If a complaint is filed IBCIM.ORG will if requested serve as an
intermediate between the merchant and the consumer. By participating
in the Merchant Certified program the merchant's obligation is
to respond to such mediation. Any participation is voluntary.
The merchant is under no circumstances forced to comply with any
demands from the consumer and is ultimately responsible for the
outcome of such mediations. Mediation will only serve as a last
resort of any conflict between a merchant and a consumer. Merchants
are strongly encouraged to abide by traditional and reasonable
internet business and refund practices. Furthermore, member merchants
are not obligated to follow any advice or suggestions from either
IBCIM.ORG or any consumer but are strongly urged to seek resolution
in any matter put forth to them.
INDEMNITY
Any merchant is responsible for their own business and business
practices including websites and customer service policies. You
agree to indemnify and not hold us responsible for any claims
arising from the use of the IBCIM.ORG membership. IBCIM.ORG will
under no circumstance be liable for any damages or losses incurred
from the use of this website or from information provided through
this website.
TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
A merchant may terminate this agreement by sending an email to
IBCIM.ORG stating that membership is cancelled. IBCIM.ORG reserve
the right to terminate any membership at any moment and for any
reason. After termination of membership the member must with immediate
effect remove the Merchant Certified logo from their website.
OTHER
By using this website you further agree to any other information,
including rules and regulations, that are posted on this website
but are not included in this agreement.
